Job summary

Everience is seeking a Senior AIT Technician/Shift Leader to support and coordinate production activities in a high-tech manufacturing environment. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with team coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven output.

The ideal candidate has technical education and experience in aerospace, defence, or related high-tech manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Shift hours are 14:00–23:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in aerospace, aviation, defence or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating technicians or production teams.
• Strong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, integration and testing activities on complex structures.
• Coordinate daily production activities and monitor work progress.
• Support and guide technicians on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and production standards.
• Assist with planning and task allocation within the team.
• Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues.
• Review documentation and ensure production traceability.
• Actively contribute to assembly activities while providing operational support.
