Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a genuinely senior product designer to shape mobile-first experiences for a large-scale AI-powered consumer product. You will work with Design Lead, Product Managers and founders, own surfaces end-to-end from concept to shipped features, and collaborate in a fully remote team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years shipping products, strong portfolio, and comfort with 18+ mature product experiences and AI prototyping tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience.
• Proven track record shipping mobile-first products at scale.
• Experience taking features from idea to launch.
• Strong strategic thinking with elite visual execution.
• Portfolio of polished UI from real consumer products.
• Measurable product impact (growth, retention, conversion, engagement).
• Daily use of AI tools for design/prototyping/content generation.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Strong prototyping skills; can use code-based approaches.
• Experience working autonomously in a remote team.
• Comfort designing for 18+ mature product experiences.
• Willingness to start on a B2B/contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design across chat experiences and related surfaces.
• Design live, interactive features and AI video experiences.
• Take ideas from concept to shipped product.
• Translate strategic thinking into visual and interaction design.
• Design mobile-first experiences for a large-scale product.
• Build polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes.
• Own the full design process from discovery to iteration.
• Partner with Design Lead, PMs and founders.
• Operate autonomously and own product surfaces.
• Contribute to evolving interaction models.
