Banyan Software is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, build, and rollout of our AI platform in production. You will shape the AI strategy and ensure governance, security, and explainability across deployments.

You will work in a fast-growing, impact-focused team with freedom and accountability, contributing to AI-first initiatives and long-term value for public-sector related products.

Qualifications

• University-level education and strong analytical thinking.
• At least 7 years in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML in production.
• Ability to work in Den Bosch area 50% on-site.
• Experience designing and scaling AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Anago's AI platform in production.
• Provide technical leadership on AI adoption and governance.
• Ensure AI features are secure, auditable, and cost-efficient.
• Collaborate with teams to translate complexity into practical solutions.
