Job summary

YorTeam B.V. is looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to aid a client in the banking sector in modernizing AI applications on a cloud-native Azure platform. The role involves migrating Python-based AI applications and designing Azure infrastructures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Python, Azure, and Kubernetes among others, alongside strong communication skills. This position offers a salary up to €7,500 gross per month.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python, Azure, Spark, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, and LLM-based applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, FastAPI, testing frameworks, and messaging services.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and optimize Python-based AI applications.
• Design and maintain Azure infrastructure and AKS environments.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Develop APIs using FastAPI and integrate cloud services.
• Work with Azure OpenAI and modern GenAI solutions.
• Share expertise on Kubernetes operations and best practices.
