Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a principal Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform & Agents, to build a GenAI platform powering critical decisions in healthcare, legal, tax, and compliance. You will design and ship full‑stack systems and AI agents, collaborating with a globally distributed team to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes high autonomy, secure SDLC practices, and a focus on reliability, privacy, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills with cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expert in at least one area and proficient across others: AI agent development, backend, frontend.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components for rapid GenAI agent development.
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration.
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Apply current LLM patterns to deliver measurable customer value and lower cost per query.
• Lead by example through writing high-quality, maintainable code.
