Job summary

YorTeam B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to blend strong software engineering with AI innovation. You will build a reusable framework to rapidly develop, test, and validate agentic AI solutions in a secure, responsible way.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and product teams to turn business ideas into practical prototypes and identify which solutions are ready for further development, scaling and production readiness.

You are a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and exploring new AI technologies. You take ownership, work well across teams, and understand the importance of building reliable and secure applications.

You bring:

• Medior or senior-level software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure and Docker.
• Knowledge of application security and software engineering best practices.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders.
