Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI Agents Team. You will design AI-powered agents that automate assurance workflows, build production APIs in a Python monorepo, and integrate with Azure AI services for document intelligence and cloud infra.

You will mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, and help shape the future of automated assurance for customers in a fast-paced, high-caliber team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with strong Python proficiency.
• Experience designing AI-powered agents and production services.
• Strong fundamentals in software architecture and system design.
• Experience with testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and a quality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered agents that automate assurance workflows.
• Build and maintain production APIs and services in a Python monorepo (FastAPI, Pydantic AI, MongoDB).
• Integrate with Azure AI services for document intelligence and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to an interactive React-based chat interface and ensure secure coding practices.
