NCC Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Rijswijk to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives. You will drive Agile delivery, act as Scrum Master and Product Owner, and align stakeholders to maximise business value.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop delivery roadmaps, and ensure outcomes meet strategic objectives with strong governance and reporting. A collaborative leader, you will foster continuous improvement and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive Agile delivery experience across complex programmes.
• Proven track record as Scrum Master and Product Owner.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and backlog prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects within Agile environments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Define and prioritise product backlogs with stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into epics, features and user stories.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and governance reporting.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams and foster high performance.
