Job summary

A2G Consulting BV (A2G Technologies) is seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems. You will build intelligent assistants, automate complex workflows, and deliver production-ready AI applications at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software, Data, or AI Engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Azure OpenAI or equivalents.
• Cloud experience on Azure and/or AWS; Databricks, Spark, Airflow familiarity.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD proficiency; understanding of MLOps and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Build intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise automation.
• Develop AI solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Azure OpenAI or equivalents.
• Design scalable AI and data pipelines on Azure and/or AWS.
• Implement MLOps for deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Work with Databricks, Spark, and Airflow for data processing and orchestration.
• Deploy and manage AI apps with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize performance, accuracy, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
