Qualifications

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation with a track record of leading complex engagements.
• Strong ability to advise executives and shape transformation programs across regions.
• Fluent English; Dutch or other European languages are valued.
• Knowledge of operating models, governance, and benefits realization.
• Ability to discuss data-centric workflows and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and transformation teams as a strategic advisor.
• Define outcome-driven transformation strategies and target operating models.
• Assess operating models, processes, data, and digital workflows for improvements.
• Lead workshops, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making across organizations.
