  • Improve financial processes, reporting systems and internal controls to support efficient, accurate and timely reporting as the organisation grows.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on cross‑functional projects, ensuring the financial implications of new business initiatives are captured and appropriately accounted for.
  • Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, building its capabilities in a continuously changing environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • An academic degree in accounting and an RA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8 years of successful experience in financial control and accounting within an international company and/or a Big Four accountancy firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply it to accounting and reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience developing teams and strengthening the finance function in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams, management and other stakeholders.
  • A hands‑on and flexible working style, with the ability to move between pragmatic execution and conceptual thinking while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong technical proficiency and proven ability to use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
How We Work
  • Work closely with stakeholders within Finance and across teams such as HR and Tech on initiatives with cross‑functional impact.
  • We take ownership and work independently while continuing to build and develop a high‑performing team.
  • We adapt to evolving responsibilities as the organisation grows, taking on additional projects and priorities when needed.
  • We Combine hands‑on execution with broader conceptual thinking to continuously improve finance processes and ways of working.
