Qualifications

• Master’s degree (engineering, business, or a combination)
• 5+ years of consulting in the semiconductor/high-tech industry
• Proven track record delivering strategic projects end-to-end
• Experience guiding senior stakeholders and decision-making
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites

Responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
• Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring the best of Accenture to clients
• Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem
• Lead workstreams and manage teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Drive storylining and synthesis of complex topics into clear strategic narratives
• Shape opportunities and contribute to business development
• Coach and develop junior team members
