Job summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the Eindhoven region seeks a Strategy Consultant to shape decisions and translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, and AI to deliver tangible results for semiconductor and high-tech clients, building deep expertise in the ecosystem.
Master’s degree and 2+ years of consulting experience in semiconductor/high-tech, with ownership of partial scopes, are preferred.
Qualifications
- Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
- Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
- Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring the best of Accenture to clients
Responsibilities
- Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream
- Develop insights and translate them into clear, compelling recommendations
- Support client interactions and contribute to strategic discussions
