Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance for the CHD FAB Diffusion team. The role includes tube/boat changes, cleaning, rebuilds, and inventory management of quartz ware and subcomponents across multiple diffusion-related tools.

The candidate should be able to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, uphold 5S discipline, and document tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with 5S and documentation of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance for the CHD FAB Diffusion maintenance team including tube/boat changes, cleaning, rebuild and inventory management of quartz ware and subcomponents.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems; perform scheduled maintenance and consumable changes.
• Possess strong communication to interface with internal and external groups and train others as needed.
