Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency; English conversational level.
• Basic knowledge of plant breeding, seed handling, and agriculture.
• Willingness to work hands-on and independently.
• Ability to collaborate with breeders, technicians, and operations teams.
• Driving license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical aspects of breeding programs, including field activities and protocols.
• Oversee warehouse operations: seed extraction, packing, and shipment.
• Monitor seed inventory and ensure availability for breeders.
• Track equipment and consumables; coordinate purchases as needed.
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional communication to align needs.
