Qualifications

• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to follow manuals and installation procedures with guidance.
• Experience with basic electronics, testing instruments and hand tools.
• Read and interpret system plans, layouts and labels.
• Maintain safety, quality and customer service standards.
• Capable of working under pressure with customer focus.
• Proficient in basic MS Office tasks for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service systems such as security, fire alarm, and building automation.
• Provide on-site customer training and technical installation support.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams; use test instruments and tools.
• Assist project lead with installation tasks and documentation.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and uphold Convergint Quality Standards.
• Suggest installation methods to improve profitability and quality.
• Provide basic hand tools as required for daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
