Kramp in Utrecht seeks a Security Practice Lead to embed security by design across its software development and platform landscape. You will define security principles, guide product teams and act as bridge between security, product and architecture.

You will implement guardrails, vulnerability management, and meaningful security metrics, while ensuring security is considered from design through delivery and operation. Primary workplace is Utrecht with occasional travel to Varsseveld.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 7+ years in software development, security or related advisory role.
• Experience shaping security engineering vision across teams or org.
• Proven security-by-design, vulnerability management and tooling experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, APIs and modern architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
