Qualifications

• 3 years experience in security, compliance, or risk.
• Understanding of frameworks like ISO or similar standards.
• Structured and able to keep an overview in a fast-moving environment.

• Communicate easily with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our ISMS and security policies.
• Drive compliance activities and prepare audits and certifications.
• Monitor risks and keep the risk register up to date.
• Coordinate recurring compliance tasks and evidence collection.
• Build awareness and guide teams on security best practices.
