Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Security Consulting Manager in its Financial Services Security team to address critical security challenges for leading clients in the financial sector. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining business acumen, technical expertise, and commercial insight to ensure successful delivery of security programs.

You will bridge clients, delivery teams, and Accenture’s global security experts, lead development efforts, mentor junior professionals, and define strategies

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary security representative for the client, building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and positioning Accenture as a strategic partner.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of security-related projects and programs, collaborating with delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Identify and drive commercial opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and client relationships to expand Accenture’s footprint and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate across teams and geographies, working with security domain experts, account teams, and other Accenture practices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Define, implement, and manage security strategies tailored to the client’s business needs, addressing operational resilience, regulatory compliance, digital transformation and sovereignty, cost optimization, and emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum computing, M&A).
• Lead business development initiatives, including proposal creation, client presentations, and market visibility efforts to grow Accenture’s presence in the Financial Services sector.
• Coach and mentor junior security professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
