Job summary

EMW, Inc. seeks an IOTA Developer for an on-site engagement in The Hague. You will design, develop, and maintain the IOTA tool suite under the Lead Developer, SDM and PM, contributing to requirements and test cycles.

You must have a current NATO SECRET clearance and 3+ years in Java backend (Java 21, Spring) or Angular frontend (v20). Experience with Git, Maven, JIRA, Jenkins, and networking is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• 3+ years’ experience with Java backend development (Java 21, Spring) or 3+ years’ experience with Angular frontend (v20).
• Experience with development tooling (GIT, Maven, JIRA, Jenkins) and networking (TCP/IP, UDP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain the IOTA suite of tools under guidance of PM/SDM/LD.
• Write, update and maintain documentation for the tools.
• Update the backlog with progress and comments; participate in requirements discussions.
• Support bug fixing, stability improvements, and acceptance testing.
