Baulds, an engineering team focused on embedded software, seeks an experienced project manager with a practical, results-driven mindset. You will oversee the full lifecycle from customer request to delivered solution for mobile machine projects, ensuring tight planning and on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has HBO-level education in Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems, more than ten years in embedded software, proven PM experience, and strong skills in C, OOP, GIT, CAN bus,

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in developing embedded software applications.
• Proven experience as a project manager or in a coordinating role within technical projects.
• Knowledge and affinity in mobile machine construction.
• You are very analytical and pragmatic and good at planning and structuring project phases.
• Excellent knowledge of embedded C and object-oriented programming.
• Familiar with GIT, reading hardware schematics, CAN bus, Bluetooth, ARM Cortex-M or safety software (SIL).

• Lead end-to-end software projects from customer request to deployed solution.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver projects with a structured, calm approach.
