Job summary

Nike seeks a Graphic Design Storyteller for the EMEA apparel team in Hilversum. You will translate consumer insights, sport culture, and seasonal direction into premium product graphics and branding.

Collaborate with Apparel Design, Color Design, Footwear Design, Product Management, and Development to bring seasonal narratives to life across EMEA. You will balance storytelling with execution, present concepts to partners, and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating storytelling, problem-solving, design process and execution across multiple projects.
• Experience creating consumer-focused graphic design solutions within an agency, brand, studio, freelance, or in-house creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, with strong working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Bring Nike's seasonal apparel narratives to life through graphic design that resonates with athletes and consumers across EMEA.
• Create graphics and branding elements that elevate product collections and strengthen Nike's presence in the marketplace.
• Partner with Design, Product Management, and Development teams to ensure graphic concepts are executed at the highest quality.
• Present concepts, storytelling frameworks, and design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creativity, speed, quality, and business objectives.
• Guide the development of prototype samples and support decisions around print techniques, trims, applications, and production execution.
• Continuously explore emerging trends in sport, culture, fashion, typography, and graphic design to inspire innovative product storytelling.
