Convident is an ambitious web agency with online marketing services that has been around for over 10 years. From our office in Groningen (with several remote specialists worldwide), we are building an organization with 25 employees. You love working with data analysis on a daily basis and deriving actions from KPIs? Convident is looking for you! Apply now and become part of our creative team.

What We Expect From You

• Passion for online marketing and latest developments in the field of ads;
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads scripts, feed management, and A/B testing;
• Willingness to learn optimizing other channels such as Marketplaces and Affiliates;
• Proof of successful online marketing growth through SEA campaigns;
• Acquisition of all Google certificates;
• Experience in serving multiple customers;
• Winning mentality and drive for helping entrepreneurs and companies;
• You enjoy regular client communication;
• Preferably, you are proficient in the Dutch language.

This Is What Your Day Looks Like With Us

Arriving at the office at 8:30 am, you kickstart the day with a brief chat with your colleagues. After grabbing a cup of coffee or tea, you dive into content creation and develop a campaign for one of your clients. What you particularly like about your role is the diverse customer portfolio that aligns with your personal interests. Whether your passion lies in sports or gaming, you are ensured to work in sectors you can identify with.

12:30 pm – Time flies and it is already lunch break. Would you prefer a walk with your colleagues or enjoying some fresh air together on our terrace today?

In the afternoon, you have scheduled time to report the results of the previous month to your clients. These include channels such as Google Ads, Bing, Price Comparisons, and Apple Search Ads. You discuss plans for the coming month and where needed, you adjust the campaigns to optimize their performance. You do everything you can to help customers grow and achieve their goals on the web. The workday ends at 5:00 pm, perhaps you have already made plans for some after-work drinks, so enjoy!
