Job summary

Swisscom is seeking a proactive Agile DevOps coordinator to help advance the Internal Cloud Platform and AWS self-service for internal teams.

You will collaborate with distributed DevOps and Platform engineers, lead ceremonies, and drive continuous delivery. This remote, full-time role emphasizes transparency, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• You will work in culturally diverse and geographically distributed locations with two teams, interacting with other DevOps and Platform engineers and the Product Owners.
• You will play a key role in our agile DevOps teams to remove barriers and help the team focus on continuously delivering value in short iterations.
• You will lead the agile ceremonies, ensuring a culture of transparent and honest feedback and lifelong learning.
• You will drive build-in quality with your experience in computer science.
• In addition, you participate in ART & Value Stream level to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across business, product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Track projects resource allocation and overall project health.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
