Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Technical knowledge of In-Design and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist across various scripted team tasks such as diary/calendar scheduling and meeting prep.
• Note-taking and writing coverage for submissions from agencies and writers.
• Help design and format pitch decks or treatments.
• Conduct in-depth research for potential series or projects.
• File confidential documents and provide any needed technical support.
• Support Dutch scripted office operations and team coordination.
