Submarine is seeking a Production Manager for an on-site role in Amsterdam or Antwerp to oversee day-to-day planning, coordination and execution of CG animation production. You will translate creative ambitions into clear schedules, workflows and communications, ensuring the project stays on track and within scope across all departments.

• Experience leading animation/CG production schedules and teams.
• Strong ability to translate creative aims into feasible timelines.
• Proven track record in risk assessment and mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update global production schedules for the feature.
• Coordinate with directors, producers and department heads to align workloads.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead production meetings and ensure access to latest materials and briefs.
• Ensure file management, version control and delivery standards.
