Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking an Employee Scrap to dismantle and process materials, using heavy-duty hand tools in a physically demanding role. You will work a 2-shift system (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00) in the Netherlands, ensuring proper separation of materials for recycling and safe handling.

This position requires a hands-on attitude, safety awareness, and ability to work independently. Accommodation and transportation are provided, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• English level B2 minimum (mandatory).
• Practical and hands-on working attitude.
• Comfortable using heavy-duty hand tools.
• Physically able to perform active manual work.
• Able to follow safety instructions carefully.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and process damaged or rejected packaging and materials.
• Separate different materials for correct disposal or recycling.
• Use heavy-duty hand tools safely during daily work.
• Move and organize scrap materials in the designated areas.
• Follow safety and work instructions carefully.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
