Job summary

ASML’s Product Communications team invites a motivated student to translate complex science and engineering topics into engaging content. You will work with engineers, content creators, and experts to bring technical stories to life in clear language.

This internship offers hands-on experience in science communication within a leading tech company, with a hybrid Dutch work arrangement and a start date in February 2027. A writing sample and CV are requested to showcase your style and skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in communication science, applied communication science, journalism, science communication, or related field.
• Can share a writing sample with your CV.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curious, analytical, and able to explain complex topics simply.
• Collaborative and comfortable working with experts and stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content about ASML technology and innovation.
• Research complex technical topics and translate them into clear, accessible stories.
• Develop content concepts for articles, short-form videos, animations, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to validate technical accuracy and context.
• Identify interesting stories behind technologies, engineering challenges, and people.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on audience insights.
• Contribute fresh ideas and formats that support ASML's content strategy.
