Job summary

Jobster in Waalwijk zoekt een productie medewerker voor de voorbereidingsafdeling om bulkmaterialen om te zetten in nauwkeurig op maat gemaakte componenten voor sandwichpanelen. Je werkt met schuim, hout en composiet en volgt productielijsten om materialen op maat te zagen en te kalibreren.

Je werkt met verschillende lijsten en afmetingen elke dag. Het bedrijf biedt een fulltime positie in een hecht team, met werkdagen van maandag tot en met vrijdag, 07:00–16:00, met drie pauzes en muziek

Qualifications

• U werkt nauwkeurig en werkt graag in teamverband.
• U kunt productielijsten lezen of bent bereid dit te leren.
• U spreekt Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Materialen aanpassen tot de juiste dikte met zaag- en kalibratiemachines.
• Materialen op maat snijden op je eigen werkstation.
• Dikte van materialen kalibreren met een afkortzaag/planer.
• Onderdelen labelen volgens de productielijst en op transportwagens plaatsen.
• Je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you accurate and do you enjoy working with different materials and machines? For our client in Waalwijk, we are looking for a Production Employee for the Preparation Department. Together with a team of four colleagues, you will transform bulk materials into precisely sized components used in the production of custom-made sandwich panels.

What will you do?

You will work with materials such as foam, wood, and composite. Using production lists, you will cut and calibrate these materials to the required dimensions.

• Adjust materials to the correct thickness using various saws and calibration machines;
• Cut materials to size at your own workstation;
• Calibrate material thickness using a thickness planer;
• Label components according to the production list and sort them onto transport carts;
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

Since every sandwich panel is custom-made, you will work with different production lists and dimensions every day.

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
• Three breaks per day, totaling one hour;

• An hourly wage of €16.24, with a starting rate of €15.88 during the first four weeks;
• 25% overtime allowance for hours worked above 40 per week.
