Job summary
Accenture Amsterdam is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HR transformation team. You will lead deployment and optimization of modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting across multinational clients.
You will collaborate with HR, IT, payroll and external partners, mentor junior staff, and drive end-to-end implementation from planning to go-live, leveraging Generative AI and innovative HR tech to create tangible business value.
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor' s or master' s degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors design/implementation experience
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills preferred
- Strong consulting and client-facing experience
- Proven ability to lead requirements analysis and solution translation to SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR/IT/payroll stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear communication and training abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, rollout and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding)
- Define and deliver project milestones; configure SuccessFactors and integrations; support Go-Live
- Act as functional lead or solution architect for SuccessFactors initiatives
- Mentor and guide consultants/analysts; coordinate with HR, IT and external partners
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing HR IT support and strategic guidance
- Contribute to QA activities and advise on HR IT best practices and strategy

SuccessFactors Manager:
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a comparable study.
- 3+ Years hands‑on experience with designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Strong consulting skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, guide decision‑making, and deliver tailored recommendations.
- Proven experience in client‑facing roles — either within a consultancy or internal advisory.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills: Lead complex requirements analysis, translation to SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolution complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders, while also leading engaging design‑and‑or training sessions for end users.
