Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden is seeking a SAP Specialist to become the expert for equipment master data and document management. You will coordinate equipment introductions, manage maintenance plans, and oversee purchase orders while serving as the primary site contact for pipette maintenance, calibration, and validation with external partners.

Formación

• English language at a technical level.
• 40 hours per week, Leiden-based.
• MLO/MBO/HBO degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant laboratory support experience.
• Experience in GMP or cGMP environment.
• Experience with SAP (not as an end user).
• Experience with COMET, TruVault, SharePoint or SAM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SAP master data for lab equipment, including periodic maintenance updates, equipment replacements, and creating Purchase Orders.
• Act as Document Management SME. Route documents, conduct periodic reviews, gap analyses, and update general lab documentation.
• Oversee site pipette maintenance, calibrations, and validations in coordination with external partners.
• Support the SAP Transcend project by testing SAP master data solutions across the J&J network.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and actively contribute to the team's LEAN continuous improvement goals.

As a SAP Specialist you must meet the following requirements:

• You speak English at a technical level
• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in Leiden
• You have an MLO, MBO or HBO degree
• You have two to four years of relevant laboratory support experience
• You have experience working in a GMP or cGMP environment
• You have experience with SAP (not as an end user).
• You have experience with systems like COMET, TruVault, SharePoint or SAM

You will work in the laboratory supporting department at Johnson & J Innovative Medicine in Leiden. Situated on the Leiden Bio Science Park, J&J offers a modern, high-tech, and international working environment. You will join a collaborative support team dedicated to operational excellence.
