Job summary

Accenture PLC in Amsterdam seeks a senior SAP Security specialist to design, implement and transform security capabilities across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will protect critical processes and data while advising on IAM, SoD, risk management and governance for global clients.

The role emphasizes proactive risk anticipation, preventive controls, and collaboration with business and technical teams on SAP transformations, AI-enabled security, and modern identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, GRC, IAG, IAS, IPS, and SAP authorization concepts.
• Expertise in IAM, SoD, risk management and SAP cybersecurity.
• Experience with vulnerability management, monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Familiarity with cloud security operating models and RISE with SAP.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills preferred; EU resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, IAG, and SAP GRC.
• Design and implement SAP security architectures and RBAC concepts.
• Advise on SAP cybersecurity, IAM, SoD, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Support security assessments, vulnerability management, system hardening, monitoring, and audits.
• Integrate SAP security with enterprise IAM, IGA, PAM and identity platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to embed security in SAP transformation, migration, and cloud programs.
• Apply creative thinking to identify emerging risks and preventative controls for AI/automation.
• Lead project teams, mentor consultants, and contribute to offerings and accelerators.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
