Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for SAP SD and MM processes.
• Analyse user requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD and MM functionalities.
• Optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Support incident management and process improvements for users.
• Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT) and documentation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Finance stakeholders.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade and transformation projects.

Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

For an international organisation undergoing ongoing SAP transformation and process optimisation initiatives, we are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Consultant with strong expertise in logistics, procurement, and order management processes.

This is a functional role focused on improving and supporting critical business processes across Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions while driving process improvements across the SAP landscape.

You will play a key role in enhancing Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to future SAP projects and S/4HANA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for SAP SD and SAP MM processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD and MM functionalities.
• Optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Support business users with incident management, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Support integration activities with related SAP modules.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and process designs.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to key users and business teams.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant.
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience within SD and MM.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements.
• Knowledge of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and sales processes.
• Experience working in complex, international SAP environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
