Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Supply Chain Business Analyst to support validation, deployment and adoption of a global SAP S/4HANA solution across demand planning, supply planning, production planning and scheduling.

You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, deployment leads and implementation partners, translating requirements into actionable solutions, coordinating testing and cutover activities, and ensuring a successful transition into

Qualifications

• Strong IT BA background in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience owning workstreams or project scopes in large transformation programs.
• Proven involvement in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for SAP S/4HANA and OMP planning deployments.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Assess change impacts and support business readiness activities.
• Coordinate and execute SIT, support UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
• Drive cutover planning, execution, and hypercare support.
• Perform and coordinate data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off activities.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through deployment and BAU handover.
• Act as the IT Plan SPOC for a designated business group and collaborate with global domain leads to ensure aligned deployment approaches.
