We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICA Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on expertise, available to start immediately. This position is full-time through the end of July, transitioning to 50% availability from August onwards.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional who will take on functional leadership within the FICA domain, driving key activities across analysis, configuration, and delivery. A critical focus area is Convergent Invoicing (CI) — the consultant will be expected to lead the configuration and optimization of CI processes, ensuring seamless integration with billing and receivables systems.

The consultant will also be responsible for facilitating workshops, engaging with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring best practices are followed in the end-to-end implementation of FICA-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for the SAP FICA workstream, acting as the primary point of contact for all FICA-related matters

• Drive and perform detailed configuration of FICA, including payment processing, dunning, interest calculation, and tax handling

• Take ownership of the Convergent Invoicing setup and integration, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

• Lead and facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment planning

• Leverage FIORI tiles to support end-user experiences and streamline key financial processes

• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and guidance to internal teams

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICA, including full-cycle implementations

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Convergent Invoicing (CI) — this is a core focus of the role

• Deep understanding of SAP financial processes and FICA integrations

• Experience leading workshops and engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders

• Proficiency with SAP FIORI and modern UI tools in the SAP landscape

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional delivery
