Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics consultant to drive digital transformation for our clients. You will translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions, work as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across public and manufacturing sectors.

You will lead requirements, design SAP analytics architectures, and support commercial opportunities while collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver secure, modern cloud-based analytics environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, computer science, or information management.
• Minimum 5 years in SAP Analytics including SAC, Datasphere, BW/4HANA and SAP BO.
• Proven track record designing and implementing SAP Analytics projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, backlog refinements.
• T-shaped with presales support and a strong SAP network.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Comfort with modern technologies and change management.
• Collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business processes and systems.
• Translate insights into scope, objectives, and system designs.
• Bridge customer needs with innovative SAP solutions and user stories.
• Guide clients toward optimized processes and IT automation.
• Study operations, gather insights, and create precise output formats.
• Map workflows, diagram system capabilities, and specify requirements.
• Manage requirement backlogs and provide clear client insights.
• Contribute to system modifications to improve efficiency.
• Explore operational puzzles with analytical perspectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
