Job summary

Flosum, a leading B2B SaaS platform built on Salesforce, seeks a Salesforce Technical Evangelist to serve as the technical voice to the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll shape narratives, deliver compelling technical stories, and drive community engagement across webinars, blogs, and events.

You’ll thrive as a technologist and storyteller with a proven public speaking track record, deep Salesforce knowledge, and a talent for translating platform updates into customer value.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant).
• Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, Architect track) a plus.
• Proven track record in public technical communication (webinars, talks, podcasts, blogs).
• Strong marketing instincts: understand audience, messaging, distribution, and measurable results.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem: DevOps, CI/CD, data management, community.
• Self-starter: build programs from zero and drive them autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a steady cadence of technical webinars and demos to drive registrations and pipeline.
• Evangelize Flosum + Salesforce through demos, talks, blogs, videos, and social content.
• Master each Salesforce release and new Flosum capabilities and translate into compelling narratives.
• Engage and energize Flosum's user community via office hours, AMAs, certification support, and advocacy.
• Coordinate across teams (product, marketing, sales, CS) to surface customer stories and sharpen messaging.
• Represent Flosum credibly with the Salesforce ecosystem (Dreamforce, Trailblazer Community, events).
• Collaborate to turn community engagement into measurable business outcomes.
