Job summary
Flosum, a leader in Salesforce DevOps, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue with enterprise clients and channel partners. You will manage strategic accounts, deliver tailored proposals, and lead the growth of the customer base globally from a distributed team.
You will collaborate across Sales, Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to execute ABM, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies while maintaining a customer-centric approach and strong
Qualifications
- Proven track record selling to enterprise clients.
- Experience working with resellers, VARs, and channel partners.
- 5+ years growing revenue in enterprise accounts with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective enterprise-level clients.
- Lead strategic sales motions and account planning.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout onboarding and adoption.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with value-based discussions.
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle, including escalations and renewals.
