Expereo International is seeking a Mendix Developer to join a cross-functional squad building mission-critical lead-to-cash and service processes on the Mendix platform. You will design, build, and optimize Mendix solutions that unify Expereo’s global commercial engine across supplier onboarding, CPQ, order fulfillment, and billing.

The role emphasizes translating complex business scenarios into scalable Mendix implementations, delivering measurable outcomes in an impact-driven team.

Qualifications

• Proven Mendix Developer with 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B.
• Experience integrating Mendix with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD for Mendix; automated testing and code review.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, outcome-driven teams with product and backend engineers.
• Nice to have: telecom or connectivity domain knowledge; familiarity with Salesforce/ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

About the role

Expereo is building a new Digital Office to accelerate its transformation through the Single-Threaded Owner (STO) model, creating outcome‑oriented, full‑stack product teams across the Commercial XP andIn‑Life XP domains. As aMendixDeveloper, you will be part of a cross‑functional squad that owns mission‑critical lead‑to‑cash and service processes on theMendixplatform, enabling automation, observability, and repeatability at scalein Quoting and Supplier engagement.

You will design, build, andoptimizeMendixsolutions that unifyExpereo’sglobal commercial engine, fromSupplier OnboardingtoCPQ to order fulfillment and billing. Key Responsibilities

Mendixsolution design & delivery

• Design, develop, andmaintainscalableMendixapplicationsthat supportExpereo’sglobal leadtocash and service processes.

• Implement customizations and configuration to meet business requirements while respectingMendixbest practices and governor limits.

• Translate user and business requirements into technical designs, including data models, integrations, and security model, and ensure these designs are documented and reviewed with architects and stakeholders.

Automation, integration & APIs

• Build andmaintainintegrations betweenMendixandExpereo’sbackofficesystems, including Salesforce,using REST APIs, middleware, and platform events, following established Expereo patterns.

• Design andoptimizedata flows andsyncprocesses to ensure data quality, consistency, and observability across the commercial and operational landscape.

Quality, security & DevOps

• Write clean,testableandreusableMendixWorkflowswithappropriatetestcoverage, supporting CI/CD pipelines forMendixdeployments (e.g., usingGitbasedworkflows and automated validation).

• Apply security and compliance best practices on theMendixplatform, includingrolebasedaccess control,fieldlevelsecurity, and secure integration patterns.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, andoptimizeMendixperformance and reliability, collaborating with SRE/DevOps and backend teams to improve observability and incident response.

Collaboration & innovation

• Work closely with ProductManagers, architects, business stakeholders, and other engineers in STO squads to refine requirements, prioritize work, and deliver incremental value.

• Contribute toMendixdevelopment standards, patterns, and guardrails, helping other teams adopt reference implementations and shared components.

• Support innovation initiatives such asAIassistedworkflows, advanced quoting and connectivity products built onMendixand related platforms.

Must have

• Proven experience as aMendixDeveloper (typically 3+ years)with strong understanding of coreMendixpractices.

• Experience integratingMendixwith external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, orevent drivenarchitectures, ideally in an enterprise B2B environment.

• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices such as version control (Git), CI/CD forMendix, automated testing, and code review processes.

• Ability to work incross-functional,outcome-driventeams, collaborating effectively with product, architecture, and backend engineering stakeholders.

• Strongproblem-solvingskills, with the ability to break down complex commercial and operational workflows into maintainableMendixsolutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications or connectivity businesses, or with complex, multicomponent B2B products and quoting/billing scenarios.

• Exposure tolow-codeplatforms and adjacent tools used at Expereo (e.g.,Salesforce, ServiceNow) and how they interact withMendix.

• Experience in programming in Java,.NETorsome otherobject-oriented back-end technology.

• Very goodskills in HTML5/JavaScript/CSS as well as some JavaScript-based front-end framework (preferablyReact).

• Familiarity withAIassistedcapabilities onMendix(Einstein, agentic workflows) orconstraint solving/data drivenarchitectures.
