Job summary

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our IT service delivery team. You will manage user access, data workflows, reporting, and automation in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, collaborating with stakeholders and technical specialists.

You will stay current with Salesforce releases, create documentation, and contribute during testing. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus Dutch and English fluency, are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience with user management, security and data management.
• Experience in building reports and data flows.
• Apex knowledge is a plus; Salesforce Admin certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets from start to end, with stakeholder dialogue, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage user accounts, data management, reporting and automation workflows.
• Ticket Management in ServiceNow.
• Keep currencies, sandbox data refreshed and seeded as needed.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical docs, user manuals and training materials.
• Participate in testing and QA activities.
