Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls, assist customers with inquiries, and accurately enter and process orders.
• Manage orders across vendor forms and communications.
• Handle inbound chats and provide timely, positive customer service.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and resolve issues.
• Provide order status updates via phone/email.
• Assist with order management to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
