STICHD BV zoekt een Sales Support Representative die verantwoordelijk is voor de operationele afhandeling van de klantenportefeuille in de Benelux. Je beheert het volledige orderproces vanaf intake tot levering, rapporteert omzet en ondersteunt sales en aftersales.
Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, sales support en andere afdelingen in een dynamische, internationale omgeving. Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en sterke beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pré.
The Job Als Sales Support Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele afhandeling van jouw klantenportefeuille, die voornamelijk bestaat uit field accounts in de Benelux. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's in sales support (voor zowel field als key accounts). Je beheert het volledige orderproces, inclusief facturatie en/credits en zorgt voor uitstekende service en ondersteuning naar zowel de klant als het interne Sales team. Daarnaast ondersteun je zowel de sales- als de aftersalesactiviteiten. Multitasking is een belangrijk aspect van deze functie, waarbij je dagelijks veel contact hebt met verschillende interne (accountmanagers en je collega’s binnen sales support) en externe afdelingen. Analytisch inzicht speelt een belangrijke rol, en samen met de accountmanagers zorg je op basis van de data dat iedere order zo snel mogelijk en goed verwerkt wordt.
