Skalar Analytical B.V. is a Dutch company specializing in laboratory automation solutions.

We are expanding our Sales Support team in Breda and looking for a customer-focused specialist who can manage quotations, orders, and inquiries while coordinating with the field sales team and internal departments. You will act as the main contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring accurate information flow and smooth order processing.

Formación

• MBO/HBO degree with relevant work experience is required.
• Fluent Dutch and English; German or French is a plus.
• Experience in Sales Support/Inside Sales/Customer Service in a technical environment is preferred.
• Chemistry background is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations and monitor delivery times and planning.
• Handle customer inquiries and support the international field sales team.
• Manage the full order process from A to Z.
• Coordinate information flow to internal departments (orders, quotations, invoices).
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and colleagues.

You make sure quotations and orders run smoothly and act as the go-to contact for both clients and colleagues. With your organizational skills and service-oriented mindset, you help us deliver excellent customer satisfaction and strengthen our sales organization.Our Sales Support team consists of 5.5 FTE and supports our international sales organization.
