Job summary

HG is strengthening its e‑commerce organisation, and we are looking for a Sales Support E‑commerce based in Almere to support the smooth and accurate execution of our online sales activities across international platforms.

You will be the operational backbone of the e‑commerce team, ensuring product data, listings, orders and promotions are processed correctly and on time, with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination and service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Experience in administrative, sales support or e-commerce support is an advantage.
• Comfortable with Excel and digital systems; familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
• Excellent English and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain and monitor product data, pricing, images and content across e‑commerce platforms.
• Ensure catalogue quality, accuracy and compliance with HG brand standards.
• Monitor and resolve listing, content or availability issues.
• Support the execution of promotions and campaigns, ensuring they go live on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver product and campaign information on schedule.
• Act as operational contact for e‑commerce platforms and partners.
• Support order flow, stock updates and issue resolution for online channels.
• Maintain accurate administration and reporting to support commercial decisions.

Job description

HG is strengthening its e‑commerce organisation, and we are looking for a Sales Support E‑commerce based in Almere (near Amsterdam) to support the smooth and accurate execution of our online sales activities across international platforms.

In this role, you are the operational backbone of the e‑commerce team. You ensure product data, listings, orders and promotions are processed correctly and on time, enabling our commercial and online teams to perform at their best. This is a hands‑on support role with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination and service.

What you will do

• Enter, maintain and monitor product data, pricing, images and content across e‑commerce platforms.
• Ensure catalogue quality, accuracy and compliance with HG brand and content standards.
• Monitor and resolve listing, content or availability issues, including suppressed or inactive listings.
• Support the execution of promotions, campaigns and actions, ensuring they go live correctly and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all required product and campaign information is complete and delivered on schedule.
• Act as an operational point of contact for e‑commerce platforms and commercial partners.
• Support order flow, stock updates and issue resolution related to online sales channels.
• Maintain accurate administration and reporting to support commercial decision‑making.

You work within the E-commerce team and work closely with Marketing, Sales and HQ as well as local country teams. You report directly to the Online Growth & Content Director.

A valid EU work permit or EU citizenship is required for this position.

What you bring

• Relevant further or higher education, ideally in a commercial, administrative or business‑related field.
• Experience in an administrative, sales support or e‑commerce support role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Excel and digital systems; experience with e‑commerce platforms like Amazon
• Structured, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Service‑oriented mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
• Is curious, proactive and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of output
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus.
