Job summary

Bayards Up in Tholen is seeking a Sales professional for a full-time role. You will manage CRM data, prepare quotations, maintain customer contact, and support the Sales Manager and Managing Director with commercial activities. A strong emphasis on accuracy, planning, and communication is required.

The position offers an informal, technical environment with opportunities for growth and development within the organization. Dutch and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO+ working and thinking level.
• Affinity with technology and engineering.
• Affinity with CRM systems.
• Experience in a commercial support role is an advantage.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the CRM system.
• Ensuring customer data is accurate and up to date.
• Preparing and processing quotations.
• Maintaining customer contact.
• Updating dashboards and reports.
• Supporting the Sales Manager and Managing Director with quotations and commercial activities.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding requests and inquiries.
• Performing various commercial support activities.
