Sales Support

Ayvens in the Netherlands has over 1,000 colleagues working with passion and pleasure, including Sales Business. The main goal of Sales Business is to acquire new customers in the segment up to 100 vehicles, both online and offline. You will be part of a team with enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious colleagues.

What will you do?

We operate in a competitive market that has been turned upside down in recent years. Nevertheless, we manage to acquire new business. As Sales Support, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new business and growing Ayvens.

In the Sales Business team, you will work with leads that come in through our online channel. You will be responsible for your own projects, proactively approaching prospects and customers, providing advice based on their needs, and convincing them to sign their new lease contract with Ayvens. From the first contact with the prospect to the moment of transfer to the account team, you will be the point of contact.

In daily practice, you will be involved in:
  • Accurately monitoring and following up on your sales pipeline
  • Selling lease contracts and guiding customers through the sales process
  • Conducting cross-, up-, and deep-sell conversations
  • Helping (potential) customers with their orientation and making the right decisions
  • Providing added value for the customer and converting it into increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction
Your profile:
  • HBO work and thinking level
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience in a commercial inside sales function; targeted sales experience is a plus
  • You have a commercial drive and winner's mentality, and you enjoy convincing prospects to engage with us
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathy, charm, and persuasive power are at the core of who you are
  • Well-developed organizing ability; you can keep a good overview
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (in word and writing)
  • You recognize yourself in the following characteristics: accurate, assertive, stress-resistant, combining customer- and service-oriented with a scoring drive, problem-solving ability, and a team player
