What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional who knows how to build and grow corporate and group business in Amsterdam. You’ll understand the dynamics of the local market, know where the business opportunities are, and bring with you a strong network of corporate travel managers, bookers and event contacts.

You Will Succeed With Us If You Have
  • Deep knowledge of the Amsterdam corporate and group travel market with an existing local network.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate accounts, TMCs, and groups with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
  • Awareness of local events, project-related business, and market trends that drive demand.
  • 2+ years of hotel/aparthotel sales or corporate account management experience.
  • Ability to generate new business and grow existing partnerships.
  • Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Opera, IDEAS, Agency360, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A proactive, commercial, and relationship-focused approach.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and expand corporate accounts and group business, focusing on longstay bookings (7+ nights stays).
  • Proactively source new opportunities in business travel, projects and events, while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Represent Wilde at trade shows, networking events and client meetings, positioning us as the go-to choice for extended corporate stays and groups.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals for corporate and group enquiries, ensuring both client satisfaction and maximum profitability.
  • Be a true brand ambassador for Wilde in Amsterdam - representing us with professionalism, energy and passion.
