Sales Manager – C&I Sector in Benelux

JD Ross Energy is looking for a Sales Manager for an international manufacturer in the Solar industry. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of PV modules and BESS solutions in the Benelux.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and increase sales revenues as well as market share for products in the Benelux region.
  • Build relationships with C&I investors and project developers to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Scout new business opportunities, propose, and execute market entry strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities, recommending strategies for market expansion.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
  • Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities, prices, trends, tenders, and projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar energy industry, especially with a focus on C&I sector.
  • Extensive network of local C&I investors and other key stakeholders within the solar energy industry in the Benelux.
  • A hunter mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and securing deals.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English, combined with strong negotiation abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the EU for customer visits, industry exhibitions, and conference participation.

You will be working in an international team with (international) growth opportunities. Furthermore, you will be given a lot of freedom when you start working in this position.
