We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us on our mission

As a Sales Development Representative at Teamleader, you’ll play a key role in the international expansion of the Teamleader Orbit sales cycle. You will generate potential leads, follow up on them, and speak with key stakeholders in the agency market on a daily basis.

  • Explore ways to generate sales growth.
  • Inspire companies to digitize their workflow using various outreach methods (phone calls, social selling, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.). We provide the tools and training you need to excel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue the right targets and prospects.
  • Work closely with our Account Executives by scheduling first meetings and briefing them efficiently, working together to help agencies work smarter.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Are fluent in Dutch (native level) and English (fluent). French or German is a huge plus.
  • Love to talk with c-level executives about their business and identify their needs regarding workflow and business processes, especially in marketing, advertisement, and digital agencies. You have a genuine interest in their market and want to help them work smarter.
  • Experience in sales is a plus but not required. Ideally, you know something about B2B outbound sales and the world of marketing agencies.
  • Strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications.
  • Believe in positivity and persistence. Your focus will be on calls, and you’ll need to put in the effort to turn those calls into successful sales. Positivity is key.
  • Are a good listener and able to ask the right questions. You can put yourself in the customer’s shoes and make the buyer feel understood. Your main prospects will be business owners, administration officers, operation managers, project managers, or finance managers. Your goal is to build relationships and earn their trust.
  • Are eager to learn and proactive. You’re able to try different approaches, think innovatively, and change strategies if needed. You’re open to feedback and ready to implement new ideas to enhance your performance.
