Job summary

Gymshark in Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, offer guidance on sizing and styling, and help connect people with products that support their goals.

In a fast-paced retail setting, you’ll replenish stock, process deliveries, and maintain tidy fitting rooms and displays. You’ll work with colleagues on both shop floor and back-of-house tasks, all while upholding Gymshark’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment whilst managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high store standards.
• Confidence working across customer-facing and operational tasks.

• Maintaining high standards across the store, including visual presentation, fitting rooms, and product displays.
• Supporting membership sign-ups by confidently explaining the benefits to customers.
• Working collaboratively with teammates across both the shop floor and back of house.
• Assisting with returns, exchanges, and customer queries with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Supporting daily operational tasks and adapting to changing priorities throughout your shift.
• Championing Gymshark's values and helping create an environment where both customers and teammates can thrive.

As a Team Member, you'll help create an incredible experience for every person who walks through our doors.
